How can I update my billing email?

During Checkout:

  • You can configure a specific email for billing/invoices at the moment of checkout when upgrading to a paid plan.

After Plan Upgrade:

If you've already upgraded your plan and wish to change the billing/invoice email address:

  • Contact us at support@dailybot.com.

  • Include the following information:

    • The email/account used for upgrading to the paid plan (the one currently receiving invoices).

    • The new email address you want to have as the billing email address.

Confirmation Process:

  • Our support team will confirm the changes.

  • Future invoices will be sent to your new email address.
