How can I create my first check-in?
Keep your team on track using check-ins or daily stand-ups, simply following the steps below:
Go to Check-ins in the web app > click the blue button Create Check-in.
Choose one template from the different categories (Retrospective, 1-1 meetings, Icebreaker) > click the blue button Use this template.
Customize your check-in: Change it's name, update the questions if wanted, include intro/outro messages, update the question type (open-ended, numeric, yes/no, multiple choice) > click Continue.
Add participants to the check-in (both teams and individual members can be selected) > choose the frequency in which you'd like to trigger the check-in (weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, among others), select the days and finally customize the reminders time.
The last step is to choose a channel to post the check-in responses (optionally) > customize the reporting type (summary thread or one by one reports) > configure the visibility within the web app and click Save changes.
That's it! Your first check-in is ready!
