I'm not getting a daily reminder, what should I do?

Note: Some steps below require organization admin permissions.

User-level configuration

Make sure you—and any affected users—have correctly configured their daily reminder, including start time and time zone. Each person can update these settings in User Profile.

Time zone + start time matter: these settings determine when reminders are triggered. Ensure the reminder is scheduled before the report cutoff time; otherwise, the automatic question may not be sent in time.

Recommended checks

1. Organization time zone
   Verify your organization time zone is correct. This is the time zone used to schedule and send channel reports.

2. Your personal time zone and start time
   Confirm your time zone (in User Profile) is correct, and that your start time is set earlier than the channel report time. If the report goes out first, you may not receive the daily reminder.

Still not receiving daily reminders?

Confirm that:

• you (and the affected users) are included in the correct teams/channels, and

• Automatic bot questions is enabled for those Teams (as shown below).
