How does the billing work?
You can subscribe to Dailybot on a monthly or yearly plan. Yearly plans include a discounted price.
Yearly plans
You’re paying for a number of seats/licenses.
You can freely activate or deactivate users and reuse those seats as needed.
When you add new active users beyond your existing seats, we charge a prorated amount for the remaining time in your current term (e.g., if you add a user halfway through the year, you pay for the remaining 6 months).
When you deactivate users, their seats remain available as credit for future activations.
At renewal, your subscription is based on the number of active users at that moment.
You can manage active users from your web admin under Organization > Members.
Monthly plans
The same seat/credit logic applies: deactivating a user frees a seat you can assign to someone else.
If you add new users during the month, we won’t charge immediately — changes are reflected on the next invoice.
The next invoice will include:
The subscription cost for all current active users, and
Any prorated charges for users added since the last billing date.
I have a question about a transaction
If you see a charge that doesn’t match your plan, we’ll review it and issue a refund when applicable. Refunds typically take 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.
If a payment fails:
Check and update your card details (expiry date, card number, etc.).
If the payment is still declined, contact your bank to understand and remove any blocks.
If possible, try a different card.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the admin panel at any time. Once canceled, your plan won’t renew at the next billing date.
How can I moderate the users of my plan?
For more detail on adding/removing users and controlling who counts as active, see:
Moderating the number of active users on my bill.
