How can I update my billing email?
During Checkout:
You can configure a specific email for billing/invoices at the moment of checkout when upgrading to a paid plan.
After Plan Upgrade:
If you've already upgraded your plan and wish to change the billing/invoice email address:
Contact us at support@dailybot.com.
Include the following information:
The email/account used for upgrading to the paid plan (the one currently receiving invoices).
The new email address you want to have as the billing email address.
Confirmation Process:
Our support team will confirm the changes.
Future invoices will be sent to your new email address.
