Share reports to external users with Slack Connect

Slack now allows you to invite people outside of your workspace. You just need to send an invite and Slack will prompt some steps for your collaborator to jump into a channel with you. (See the quickstart guide)

You can also invite DailyBot to the channels that have been exposed to external members, and share reports with them on the go. To do so, you just treat the channel like a regular one:

1. Create a new channel or join a existing one
2. Invite external members to said channel, to use Slack connect, select the options:
1. “Yes, they’re from another company”
2. And “With Slack Connect”
3. Use this channel to send your check-in reports
