Add DailyBot to a team or group chat in Microsoft Teams

💡  If you can already see DailyBot in the 'Apps' section of your team, and you still cannot use this team for reporting or inviting new people, please remove and reinstall DailyBot following the steps of this article. Thanks for your patience while we fully solve this issue.

You can click this link to go to DailyBot's page on the Teams app store and skip to step 5

1. Just locate your team of choice, find its options (•••) and select "Manage team":

2. Make sure you're on the "Apps" tab and click on the purple button "More apps":

3. Use the search bar if you need to and locate DailyBot by name:

4. Click on "Open" and select the Chat or Team you want DailyBot to be a part of:

5. If the bot was successfully installed, you'll get a welcome message, like this one:

If you install the bot on a Chat you will get a slightly different welcome message to set up the chat's name so that you can use it inside DailyBot and assign it as a reporting channel for your check-ins and workflows:

You need to add DailyBot to a team or a chat so you can later invite members from that team or chat into DailyBot, or see and select channels from that team for your reporting activities.

Invite people from the Chat:

1. Web app > Members > Invite People > Search the Chat

2. Configure a reporting channel:
