Do you sign SLA and DPA?
An Enterprise SLA option is available for customers with the most critical demands, and a standard DPA.
When we sign Enterprise plan agreements, we sign with you an ad-hoc CSA (Cloud Services Agreement) and a DPA (data protection agreement). We have a version of a DPA with Standard EU Clauses for our European Customers. DailyBot is committed to best security practices, we are SOC2 Type II certified and we can share more details and report under NDA.
