DailyBot offers the subscription service in two ways:
- Self-service subscription: you paid on demand with credit card (applicable to the regular plans)
- Licenses per agreement: usually with custom invoicing and terms (applicable to Enterprise, and sometimes to the regular plans)
In this article, we explain how you manage your Licenses when you have a custom agreement.
Getting licenses
You should contact our team at sales@dailybot.com or support@dailybot.com — if it is the first time you are acquiring licenses, our team will provide all details and discuss the agreement with you. Once the agreements are in place, we will assign the licenses to your DailyBot Organization.
If you already have a plan and agreement, simply specify how many licenses you want to add to your current plan.
How are the new licenses billed?
All the new licenses you add to your plan will be pro-rated based on your initial agreement dates, and depending on the agreement you will receive an invoice immediately, or the charge is added to your upcoming renewal invoice.
Managing the licenses
You can see how many licenses you have available from this page: Plan & Billing, this page is only visible to Organization Administrators of DailyBot.
Assigning licenses
You can assign your available licenses just by inviting new members into DailyBot. Go to the user management page and invite members to your organization. Any active user will be using a license.
Freeing up a license
If you want to free one of the licenses you should deactivate a user. You can freely activate/deactivate users during your subscription. The user deactivation should be done by the Organization Administrators. Read more.
