Standard Plan
What’s included
The Standard Plan comes with all the features to guarantee a complete self-service experience on DailyBot, including unlimited reports, teams, and users.
It provides a high level of flexibility with advanced features for check-in reports and metrics, exporting, team management, and app integration.
DailyBot offers a free 14-day trial on this plan to all new users. No credit card required.

Standard features are relevant for experienced users and teams looking for higher levels of customization. Among Standard’s hot features include new support for 3rd-party integrations, privacy and higher security, or API hooks.
Custom templates
Standard users can create and use their own custom templates, besides adopting one of our own from our collection of best practices.

Privacy and anonymity are widely available across the organization and users can set up reports with various levels of anonymity for different cases.

Among the advanced kudos features, you can find more granular metrics and leaderboard settings, as well as team values.

The limits
Standard is our highest-tiered self-service plan, as such, there are no product limits to what you or your team can do in DailyBot Standard. It comes with all features.
With respect to the limitations on its features:
- Add up to 100 team values.
- 5000 commands per organization.
- 5000 command invocations across the org.

Basic Plan

Users in Basic can enjoy unlimited check-ins for unlimited teams and users.
Limited Question Templates
This feature doesn’t limit the number of question templates you can create, but rather the number everyone can use across the organization.
Unlimited Responses
With unlimited check-ins to set up, Basic also allows you to collect an undefined number of reports from them.
Unlimited Search History
Go back in time and look up any check-in report without limits.
Basic Data Export
Export your data in PDF, CSV, and XLS.
Basic Kudos
You can give kudos to your team and check basic insights like the leaderboard. Team values are not included.
Basic Shortcuts
Create and use commands up to 1000 weekly calls.
Analytics and charts
Check automatic metrics from your reports using basic filters.
Custom-branded forms
Remove the DailyBot logo from your forms and include your own.
Vacation Mode
Includes an automatic alert deactivation due to time off.

The limits
Basic comes with the limits that we’ve noticed are not much needed by occasional and power users with limited use cases. These include:
- Privacy and anonymity settings
- 3rd-party integrations
- Advanced features for serious users

- 1000 command invocations across the org.
Is Basic the right plan for me?
With an extra set of tools to provide a mix of customization and value, the Basic Plan is perfect for power users starting to scale their teams, but without the need for lots of advanced features.
How does the Basic plan compare to Standard?
Basic unlocks the main limitations of the Free plan and adds new hot features to the mix. While Standard is designed to offer the complete DailyBot self-service experience, Basic is regarded as the rather quiet brother that gets the job done.
Free Plan
What’s included
The Free plan is free forever for unlimited users. It comes with a native chat integration with some monthly limits in your check-in reports (read more), multi time-zone support, a powerful web app dashboard with basic metrics, best-practice templates for modern teams using daily standups and retros, limited kudos, automating mood tracking, basic forms, and limited commands.
The limits
- Up to 50 monthly check-in reports per organization.
- 20 monthly kudos per organization.
- Can set up but can't use question templates on this plan.
- 5 commands per organization.
- 20 command invocations per organization.
Is Free the right plan for me?
After an automatic 14-day free trial on the Standard plan, customers that don’t upgrade their accounts are moved to the Free plan. Free is a base plan with capabilities for small teams looking to explore the product before committing to anything.

Do you sign SLA and DPA?
An Enterprise SLA option is available for customers with the most critical demands. A standard DPA
When we sign Enterprise plan agreements, we can sign with you an ad-hoc CSA (Cloud Services Agreement) and a DPA (data protection agreement). We have a version of a DPA with Standard EU Clauses for our European Customers. DailyBot is committed to best security practices, we are working towards a SOC2 Type II certification and we can share the engagement letter we have signed with our auditors, after signing an NDA.

Our security team can make an initial review of your security questionnaire and suggest the course of action that might seem most useful for the case.
Best security practices are one of our highest priorities, and we’ll assist with custom vendor assessments as we work towards our SOC2 Type II certification.
