These steps will help you troubleshoot DailyBot whether:
a) the bot is not responding in a specific space.
a) you're having troubles locating a space when you try to select it in the web app (in Create Check-in > "Share reports in a channel")
- Go to Google Chat in a new tab and open the space you want to use
- Click on the space name > View members
- Locate DailyBot and click on the icon with the three vertical dots for more options
- Select "Remove from space"
- Without leaving the window, click on the blue button with the plus sign
- Locate DailyBot again and select it
- Click "Send" to re-invite the bot
- Make sure you get the message that starts like: "Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to be here"
- Then go to the reporting window and refresh
- Search for the channel between the reporting options
