If you're having troubles to sign up or sign into DailyBot, try these quick steps first to troubleshoot the issue:
- Try different browser or incognito (make sure to use a supported browser)
- Disable web extensions if enabled
- Try a different internet network (sometimes internal proxies can block requests)
- If you're not receiving our emails, make sure you check your spam folder or search for emails coming from @dailybot.co or @dailybot.com first
- If you cannot sign in, always use the bot as workaround with the “dashboard” command
Default to deleting cookies as a last resort if the previous steps doesn't help.
