How can I deactivate a user from my organization?

You should be an administrator to perform this action.

Deactivating users is a soft deletion

DailyBot does not allow to fully delete members, so you can keep their records, as dailies and other information stored by other features.

This process allows you to remove access for specific users (they won't be able to login to DailyBot neither see any info) and you can re-activate at any moment if that's needed.

How to do it

1. Login to the web dashboard (you should be an admin)
2. Go to Settings > Members
   
3. Identify the user you want to deactivate (you can use the search box)
4. Click the right (•••) icon to see more options
5. Click "Deactivate member"
   

This will deactivate the user. Keep in mind that while you'll still have access to this user's reports and such, billing will be automatically deactivated for the user. 

CAUTION: Deactivating the user from the chat platform doesn't deactivate said user on DailyBot.
