When creating a check-in, its privacy levels can be configured to define who in your DailyBot organization will be able to read the responses to that check-in.
You can change the privacy settings at any moment; privacy settings are available for all plans except free ones. For free plans, the default privacy setting is Admins, managers, and check-in members.
Please find a more detailed description of each privacy level below. Additionally, you can combine the privacy levels with the Anonymous Responses feature to manage who can see the anonymous responses you collect. Read more about the Anonymous Responses feature.
Privacy Levels
Important: in any case, if users are members of a check-in and have added responses to that check-in, they will be able to see at least those responses where they are the respondent.
Just me (owner)
Only the person that has created the check-in project will be able to see all the responses.
Check-in members and me (owner)
Only the members of the check-in (or the team related to this check-in) and the owner of the check-in will be able to see the responses. Other organization administrators or managers won't have read access to this information.
Organization Administrators
Only users that have the Org Admin role will be able to see all the responses of the check-in.
Admins and managers or team admins
The following roles will have access:
- Org administrators
- Team managers
- Specific team admins of the team related to the check-in
Admins, managers and check-in members
This will give read permissions to:
- All the check-in members (team related to the check-in)
- Org administrators
- Team managers
- Specific team admins of the team related to the check-in
Everyone
All users from the DailyBot organization will be able to see the responses.
