I'm not getting a daily reminder, what should I do?

Note: Some steps outlined below require organization admin privileges for execution.

Configuration per user

Ensure both you and all affected users have set their daily reminder (including start time and timezone) correctly. Users can adjust these settings within their respective User profile.

• Timezone and Start Time: DailyBot uses these settings to determine when to initiate the check-in reminders. Ensure the reminder is scheduled before your set time limit for reports.

Recommended checks

1. Please check that your Organization timezone is correct. This is the timezone used to send the reports to channels.

2. Please check if you have configured the right timezone for yourself (in User profile), and that your start time is configured at a moment before the report is sent to the channels, otherwise you might not get the automatic question.

Still not getting the daily reminders?

Make sure you and all the users affected are part of the right Teams and that you have the "Automatic bot questions" feature enabled, like this:
