A proper configuration of your workdays involves all the following things. Please keep reading to set it up for your organization.
Allowing your organization members to configure their own workdays
If you want your own team to be able to configure their own working days, you must turn on this option:
You can do this from Settings > Check-ins > Global Settings.
Configuring the frequency and days for a check-in
When editing the settings of any of your check-ins, you can configure the frequency and days.
For instance, if you have some team members working on weekdays and others on weekends, you can enable all the days of the week on the check-in, and the members can define their own workdays to avoid receiving extra notifications on the days they're off.
Setting up check-ins to consider each user's workdays
From the very settings page of each check-in, you can define whether you want that check-in to consider the workdays that everyone has defined for themselves.
If you have this option disabled, said check-in will override everyone's workdays and just trigger the questions on the days defined for the check-in.
However, if this option is enabled, it will always check whether the check-in participants are working on that day, and (only) if that's the case it will trigger the reminder.
💡 Consider toggling ON this option to manage different user schedules from a single check-in.
Team members configuring their own workdays
Now that you have your check-in configuration ready, the only missing part is that each user completes the configuration of their own workdays.
Anyone can set up their own workdays from Settings > Check-ins > My Preferences.
