Can I deactivate the check-in report from a specific user without deleting him?

Absolutely!

Users can be on vacation

A user can set his vacation time on DailyBot by going to https://app.dailybot.com/settings/profile and enable the option "Time off from work" then select the start/end dates for the vacation period. 


 

Disabling reports for a user

If you simply don’t want DailyBot to automatically ask a specific member to fill the report, then:

Go to https://app.dailybot.com/checkins/home, click the 3 dots in front of the check-in name and select Configure, go to the Participants tab and scroll down until you see Control additional settings for participants.

Once you're there, turn off the Automatic questionsfor the users that you want.
DailyBot won't ask users during that time.

If the user is in several check-ins, please make sure to disable the automatic questions for them on every check-in.
