What can I export in DailyBot?
R./ Data related to your account or organization (admin) and check-ins. DailyBot lets you manually export the data of your check-ins, but you also have the automated alternatives:
- Webhooks: you can set them up so that you can receive check-in responses as they happen, this may require some coding from your end, but I believe it'll be possible for you to use this feature and put the data in Grafana
- Zapier: we have a Zapier integration and perhaps you can use it, together with other Zaps to get the data in Grafana
You can find more information here:
https://www.dailybot.com/pages/api-webhooks
And on Zapier here:

What formats can DailyBot export to?
R./ PDF, CSV and XLSX. Currently CSV and XLS will only allow you to export check-ins one by one. The only report that will let you export aggregated data from various check-ins is the one in PDF.
This PDF report is currently limited to the Advanced plan, but very soon it will be available also in the Essentials plan.

How can I filter my export results?
R./ You can create a export file based on two conditions: file formats and dates. Available formats include PDF, CSV and XLSX (Excel). Also, you can select a range of dates for each check-in you want to export to aggregate the data in the file.

How can I export all the kudos of my team?
R./ You can only visualize the information related to the kudos you've given/received online. There's no way, like with check-ins, to export (or even see) everyone's kudos from the web app. It was designed this way due to privacy concerns, however based on your feedback we might add the option to do this later down the line. In the meantime, submit a ticket, we might be able to help!

Can I export my commands data?
R./ This isn't possible at the moment from the app. There's no ETA about this feature, if you have any use case for this and you'll like us to consider it, please submit a ticket.
Still have some questions? Submit a request and we'll follow up.
