Is it possible to have different time zones in my organization given that my team is spread across different countries?

There are two levels of time/timezone configuration in DailyBot:

Organization timezone

The organization has a main time zone, which is the default for new users. It is also the time zone of reference for your team reports deadline and basic configuration. You can find it on Settings > Organization.

User timezone

Each user can define their own time zone, and the time they start working every day; DailyBot won’t ask a user to fill the daily report before that time. You can find it on Settings > User profile.

DailyBot is perfect for your multi-timezone use case. In case you want DailyBot to send the complete report (all team answers at once), make sure you set the report to be sent at a time when everyone on the team has had enough time to fill it.
