How to include images in my check-in responses?

We've heard our users and we've included the option to upload images into your check-in responses to make them more useful and nourished. There are 2 different ways to do it:

• Upload from the web app:

  • Click on “Add image” > Select the image.
  • If you want to edit the name of the image, click on the Pencil icon.

• Upload from the chatbot in Slack

  • Attach to your response the images you want to add to your report.

• If you’re in Slack you can activate the responses in popup form, by typing "popup on" and attaching files in the button in each response.

• How do the images look like in the report?

  • Simply copy & paste the image while writing down your response:
    
    
  • While filling out your report, click the "plus" icon in the left side and choose "Upload File."

Pre-condition only for Slack

• The Admin of your Slack workspace should enable an extra permission for us to process the images securely via Slack. Review the required permissions here.

What is the image format supported?

• Attach an image in JPG, PNG, or JPEG format, up to 5 MB.

What is the maximum of images to upload?

• Up to 5 images per response.

What plans support media files?

• All paid plans.
