If you have an Enterprise Agreement or ad-hoc contract with us, please refer to the terms and refund terms in the contract we have signed.
If you upgraded the plan using the self-service, these are the refund guidelines:
- Monthly subscriptions are not refundable: you can cancel the subscription at any time and you can use the service until the end of the already-paid period
- Yearly subscriptions are refundable if you request the refund within a period of 30 days after the payment is processed, otherwise, you can cancel the subscription from renewing again and still enjoy using the product for the full year until the end of the already paid period
