I invited someone to my organization, but they're not getting any of my messages

Well, has the person completed their registration in DailyBot? When you (as an admin) invite a new member, the member gets an email that they should follow through to complete their account setup (it's a simple process, 10-15 seconds):

This is the flow for on-boarding members:

1. You invite a member
2. The member receives the invite to complete the sign up
3. Once the member sign-up is completed, they start getting the check-in questions

The person you invited should have received a message from DailyBot to complete the registration; also members can complete their registration by sending a private message to DailyBot, the bot will respond with a link with the next step.
