Use the command checkin edit to get a list of your available check-in reports to edit. Instead of using the in-line editing feature (like in the case of Slack users that can edit their own chat messages), call this simple command to get a row of buttons with the name of all your check-ins of the day, like this:

Notice that every question is going to be presented under an individual card that you can then edit in line. You can edit one response at a time due to the platform's own conventions.
