Before the deadline to fill a particular check-in is reached, you have the option of sending additional reminders to the people that haven't filled out the reports yet.
Smart and automatic reminders
Follow these quick steps to activate this option for your team:
1. Go to your Check-ins home in the web app and select the desired check-in
2. In there, locate the supporting menu at the top right side of your screen and select "Configure Check-in" to edit it:
3. In the Edit Check-in window, toggle ON "Send additional reminders?"
4. Select whether you want "Smart reminders" or "Custom reminders". Smart reminders divide the number of reminders chosen by the available time before the report is sent to calculate the frequency of them, whilst custom reminders will let you select how many reminders and how often.
5. Click on Save changes
You also have the option of manually triggering additional reminders, even after the deadline of a particular check-in.
1. Go to the Check-ins home, and select the desired Check-in, find the stats section to see the pending responses for this check-in and click on View all
2. Then click on Send reminder to send the reminder to each user
