Sync a new team with all the people from a Slack channel

When you’re creating a new DailyBot team using the web app, now you can do two things:

• 🤝 Add people to the new team, one by one.
• 🤲 Add all the people from a specific channel to this team at once (i.e. if you’re creating your Growth team in DailyBot, you can ask DailyBot to add all the people from your #growth channel automatically using the new autosync feature)

There are two ways of using the Slack auto-sync feature:

1. Forever Autosync — DailyBot keeps track of changes in your channels to update the list of people in your teams in real time
2. One and Done — DailyBot checks on your channel at the time you’re creating your team to sync the list of users in the channel with the list of people in your team. It does not keep track of changes in the people of your channels later on and you’d have to manually add new people to the team to keep it up to date.

Find this convenient feature when you’re creating a new team in Settings > Teams > Create team > Sync from a channel. Available for Slack users in all of our paid plans.
